Very disappointed of what happened today. Just to be clear, this is my best barbershop, I've been a regular customer for 5 years even though I moved to another town I stayed a loyal customer simply because these guys are the best. They used to be a walk in place forever. However, Today I went to get a haircut since I have a special night and got surprised that they changed the policy to by appointment, which I think it's a great but I wasn't aware of the changes and in urge to get my haircut for a very special night. they said that they are fully booked and they couldn't make an exception for a regular customer who didn't know about the policy change. It feels like when you call your dentist in pain and doesn't help you because he's fully booked. This is when you change your dentist. It's good sometimes to think outside the box and find a solution for your regular customer I wouldn't mind to be asked to wait till the end of the day or even leave my phone number to get a call when they find a spot but nothing been offered. Again a great place to have a haircut.
